In this lesson, we have looked at how you can navigate through some of the essential tools of the Raspberry Pi OS. For this you can use the mouse which allows you to intuitively interact with the graphical interface. After that, we looked at some icons and symbols that are not only relevant for Raspberry Pi OS but for other operating systems as well (e.g. speakers, wi-fi, Bluetooth). We then presented you with the simplest way to keep your operating system up-to-date and secure. After installing an update or when running into performance issues, you now also know how to reboot the computer. At the end, we had also taken a look at some of the general settings, which should not be tinkered with lightly.
Phew! That was a lot of information to digest! But I’m sure you are now fit to handle the quiz for this lesson with ease!
